Berne, IN CONTROLLER Swiss Village, Inc., a premier, top-quality, not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community related to the local Mennonite Church Congregation, is seeking a conscientious, progressive, and compassionate individual to fill the NEW role of Controller. This position is responsible for the daily and monthly accounting operations of Swiss Village, Inc., including the maintenance of internal controls to provide assurance that reports and documents are prepared accurately and timely. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Finance. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and have 3 or more years of experience in accounting. The successful candidate must have proficient accounting and computer skills.
