This position will be responsible for the preparation and production of resident and employee food items to be served throughout the Swiss Village community. Candidates must be able to maintain high standards of quality food production and portion control, utilize standardized recipes, and produce appropriate quantities to meet production needs. The position will be Full-Time, 40 hours/week, 5:00am - 2:00pm with every other weekend required. Quaifed candidates must be ServSafe certified or be willing to obtain certification within 1 year of employment. 3-5 years food service experience preferred.
