Wells County Highway DUST CONTRÓL 2022 Sign-up is Mon April 4 Fri April 29 Closed April 15, 2022 for Good Friday TRADITIONAL DUST CONTROL OIL PRODUCT: $1.57 PER FOOT Sign up at the highway office or print the corresponding agreement at www.wellscounty.org under the forms tab and mail with payment to the office. The highway department will place flags for those mailed in. Payments must be made by cash or check ONLY. There is a 200 ft. minimum. Office hours are 7 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday. 1600 W.
