Wells County Highway DUST CONTRÓL 2020 Sign-up is Mon May 4- Fri May 15 ONLY Two Weeks to Sign-up this Year TRADITIONAL DUSTAY OIL PRODUCT: $1.47 PER FOOT Sign up at the highway office or print the corresponding agreement at www.wellscounty.org under the forms tab and mail with payment to the office. The highway department will place flags for those mailed in. Payments must be made by cash or check ONLY. There is a 200 ft. minimum. Office hours are 7 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday. 1600 W.
