H H WELLS COUNTY 4-H FAIR JULY 13-19 The Wells County 4-H Parade Committee invites you and your organization to participate in the 2024 4-H Parade on Saturday, July 13. Parade line up will begin at 9:30 AM at the Bluffton Regional south parking lot and northeast parking lot. At 10:00 AM the parade leaves the downtown area and at 10:30 AM the parade arrives at the 4-H Park. Parade participants are encouraged NOT to throw items from the parade units due to danger from moving vehicles. Let the Games Begin!
