ROGER Common Council District 1 HORNTON For Republican Putting Vision Into Practice: Next Steps 1.I will pro-actively work with and respond to developers' and home builders' insights and requests for sewer and water services, serving new housing areas and meeting vaned pricing ranges in locations people want to live. 2.As a City, we must listen better and be aware that we are in competition with other cities surrounding Fort Wayne and beyond so that we can retain our families, while attracting new families and potential residents. I will welcome community input on how we can best compete. 3. We must do better in meeting our families' recreation needs while attracting visitors who will frequent our businesses while they are here. Completion of the long-promised Lancaster Park and renovation/replacement of the community pool restrooms/dressing rooms must become a reality very soon. 4. We must carefully, and with experts specific to the task, review the manner and means we use to finance major capital improvements so that we administer the City efficiently while fostering growth and retention of all who call Bluffton home.
